Taco - A corn tortilla folded and fried then filled with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
Burrito - A flour tortilla filled with seasoned beef & refried beans, then topped with cheese & tomato sauce.
Tamales - Savory meat filling in a corn meal casing and steamed in corn husk.
Chili Relleno - A poblano pepper stuffed with seasoned beef and cheese, dipped in an eff batter and deep fried, then smothered in a rich tomato sauce.
Chalupa - A flat fried corn tortilla topped with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, guacamole and tomatoes.
